1. How much beef do I get when buying in bulk?
Eighth (50 - 60 lbs), Quarter (100 - 120 lbs), Half (200 - 240 lbs) or a Whole Beef (400-480 lbs) These weights are how much beef YOU GET shipped to your door.
2. What cuts of beef are included in the bulk package?
Typically each order of bulk is broken down into 40% Premium Ground Beef, 35% Savory Cuts such as roasts, stew meat, tenderized round steak, and 25% Steaks
3. Is the beef sourced from your own ranch, or do you partner with other local ranchers?
All our beef is 100% born, raised, and finished out on our ranch.
4. How is the beef raised? Is it grass-fed, grain-fed, or a combination?
Our beef is 100% grass-fed (on pasture) and grass-finished. They do not receive any grain, yet they have an amazing taste!!
5. Are the animals raised without antibiotics or hormones?
No hormones are EVER used on our animals. On the rare event we have a sick animal and antibiotics must be administered, we take that animal out of the herd and it is never processed.
6. How is the beef packaged and shipped? Is it frozen, vacuum-sealed, or fresh?
All our beef is frozen and vacuum-sealed in small amounts (usually 1 piece or 1 lb per package). It is shipped in a well insulated box with ice packs or dry ice to ensure your beef arrives fully frozen.
7. Can you provide information about the breed(s) of cattle and their characteristics?
We raise predominantly Brangus and Beefmaster breeds…feel free to check out our facebook page for pictures of our cattle!
